Is this a Xenia?

Hi,

Can someone please confirm this is a Xenia? It was sold to me as Xenia but after having it for about 2 months I'm starting to think it might be something else as it doesn't have the 'mini-hands'.

Please ignore the state of the coral in the first picture this was from the first week I got it. It was my first coral ever and I totally screwed up the dipping process and put it in way too much light. Since then it has fully recovered and growing very nicely.

@Tahoe61 I just read that Sinularia tend to release toxins, could this be reason my toadstool doesn't want to open since I moved this Sinularia closer to the toadstool? They are about 8 inches away from each other and they are both fairly small frags 2-3" each.

There might be some allopathy, but not of any significance to cause ill effect to either coral. Sarcophytons/Toadstools also exhibit a type of chemical warfare. Sarcophytons can be very sensitive to relocation within a tank. Make sure flow is adequate enough to assist the toadstool in shedding it's waxy covering. Toxins would not concern me but to be on the safe side you can always run some charcoal and perform routine water changes.
