Is this a Zoa spider?

I removed it out of the tank out of caution, but thought of checking ...

Its definitely a pycnogonid (aka sea spider) of some sort. I couldn't tell you if it was a free living or parasite species though. Best to remove as you did.
 
looks like one to me. probably have more, and eggs... didnt dip something if in tank.
I didn't dip my last Zoa plug I received from a friend's tank I've considered 'safe / clean'. Is it too late to dip now?
