Looks similar to a green Zoas... but it isn't.
 
It's a protopaly. There are some fancy names for them too and some not so nice ones. Trash paly is one name.

They do spread quickly but aren bad looking. I don't trim them I use aptasia x on them or kalk or inject vinegar.
One thing to know about them is they are one of the highest in play toxins. All the sand palys green palys are. So use extreme caution fragging and handling.
 
Try to contain them on a separate rock to help keep them from spreading
