Is This Acceptable From New Custom Tank?

Quick update for folks. It has been approximately 4 weeks since the tank builder and I agreed that a new tank should be built. I got my new tank and it is much better in terms of quality. Good glass finish, no odd scratches, everything looks good. Am I happy with the new tank? You bet I am. Was it a hassle to pick up the second tank? Sure. Is it partially my fault for not opening the entire packaging the first time to inspect it thoroughly? Yep.

For those who were curious, the tank builder was Crystal Dynamic Aquarium. They were very proactive in making things right. No excuses, no pushback, they just delivered on making sure I was happy. Below are some pictures of the new tank.

I returned the old tank. Hopefully, the builders can recoup some of the cost of having to build a 2nd tank of custom dimensions.

Excellent result, says great things about the manufacturer, and I'll definitely keep them in mind if I decide to go custom with the next tank!
