Nah. Just dip your coral and kill the aptasia before you put it in your tank. I do it all the time. Heck i got a few aptasia from WWC.

If your talking about the ones in the middle that are not on frag plugs then those aren't aiptasia they are palys

And yea your safe they are just another type of coral much like a zoanthid

That would be a goniastrea (aka goni) it is a brain coral
