Looks like this is aiptasia to me unfortunately. If so, I have some coral glue gel and have read that putting some of that on them could take care of it. Any advice if it is indeed aiptasia?

Appreciate any help, thanks.

Yes it is. In my experience superglue works about as well as any chemical treatment (which is to say not very well). It looks like that rock can come out of tank easy? If so I would look very closely while in tank to see if any others are visible and then take it out and razor blade them off as best you can and then rinse very well outside tank and put back in.

Yup. Loving the winged wheel btw

If you have a syringe inject them with some lemon juice or kalkwasser. If not pull the rock out and cover them in super glue.

My success is mixing kalkwasser powder with tank water and lemon juice into a paste into consistency of toothpaste and injecting into the CENTER core and it will melt away and safe for the tank

You got a little colony of the suckers there. I would encase them in superglue, perhaps with an epoxy covering, just to be sure.

Thank you! I have plenty of rock in my tank and it's still relatively new, 3 months in. Would you advise me just removing the rock all together?

I had one pop up before on a frag. I added a peppermint shrimp and haven't seen another one.
