It’s on the bottom of a new scoly, in quarantine.
 
Looks like Aiptasia to me. I would actually put a big patch of epoxy over it. Even Aiptasia-X as said above.
 
Thanks! Will do. Would a blob of super glue work?
I would use epoxy or Aiptasia-x because it smothers and completely covers the Aiptasia. It will be hard to smother it with superglue.
 
I've had great success encasing them with cyanoacrylate. Seachem's Reef Glue specifically. It doesn't look pretty at first but eventually gets grown over and just blends in.
 
Sorry for not responding earlier. Super glue seemed to work. I also zapped some smaller ones on my hammer with Aiptasia X. Thanks everyone!

Hooowever… I’m now seeing some kind of odd cotton like growth there now. I don’t see any anemone heads though… so I don’t think it’s aiptasia. Any ideas?
