Is this algae a bad thing to have?

I recently just reset my tank. sand, rock, water. Now i have this growing on my rock.Looks red under blue light and brown under whites. Feels slimey to touch and hard to scrape off with fingernail. Should I worry? What should I do? It's on this one rock only. What's next to come?
