Can somebody help me with this? Is it algae or something else? It has started growing all over the place.

Yes it is algae and not the kind you want in a tank with corals. Fish only it would be fine.

Thanks. Is there a way to get rid of it? A clean up crew that will eat it?

There are fish, snails, urchins that might eat it or might not. They are not all the same .Each one has its own tastes in what candy is.
