I noticed this guy in my tank, kind of looks like an anemone or Goni of some kind. If anyone knows what this is please let me know!

It’s hard to tell but I don’t think so.

Most likely Mojano, they are considered a pest and will multiply quickly, but not as fast as others. Unless you’re obnoxious with your QT procedure, it’s inevitable they’ll get introduced. Many ways of fighting them, and each person has a different answer on their preferred method. You can try to remove the rock and hope and pray there are no others, but where there is one…

Will it kill my other corals or is it something that can be managed somewhat easily?

They will be problems when they multiply. If it were in my tank I would try to get rid of it if it were reachable. I would try kalk powder first. There of lots of threads out there though. Here’s one

Looks like a good size from pictures, how big is it?
Do you have any spare rock Available, if yes surround it using rock and remove once it climbs onto it, I'm not a big fan of treatment inside aquriam :)

Probably about the size of a penny. I have some rock in my sump but this guy is attached to my main structure.

I'm no expert but if this was in my aquriam and I wanted to remove.

I would surround with loose rocks, annoy it with fans or turkey baster to make it move onto loose rocks, it may take abit of patience but it would be removed as a 'whole'

Its a ball anenome and although given name anemone is actually a big mushroom but given the pattern of the balls, called anemone. They come in cool colors and virtually harmless why many reefers retain them
