Is this an algae bloom?

tank cycled about 5 weeks ago and put a few fish in it. I was told I could get some algae in the first part of cycling? Other than water change any recommendation? Thx

Its diatoms from silicates in sand. Reduce white light intensity a tad. Siphon as needed and addition of cleaners will help.
Cleaners. . . . snails mainly
4- turbo snail
3- astrea
3- trochus
4- nassarius
6- blue leg hermits
