My guess would be a Munnid isopod, which have flattened backs (Amphipods have curved backs) and are beneficial grazers. I cannot say for sure though, since the pictures are quite blurry (as @cdw79 mention above, a video would help with identification).Here is another one. Under a little different lighting.
Thanks so much! I think you are dead on that it is a Munnid. Never heard of them before but hope they are fine. Mine move just like the video you provided.
