Is this an amphipod?

I have at least a couple dozen of these little fellas crawling around on the glass of my quarantine tank. They are hitchhikers either from GSP or from zoas. I don't think they are copepods and they don't quite look like the pictures I found of amphipods.

Dosing phytoplankton will increase the population
Not sure about phytoplankton, since these guys are said to be grazers rather than filter-feeders. I have personally seen them dine on algae wafers, in addition to film algae.
Is there a way to catch them so I can move them from quarantine to my main tank? I don't think I have any of these in my main tank yet
A turkey baster would probably work well.
