Is this an anemone?

This is white and its tentacles flows in the water/moves. Hopefully these pictures are okay.

Aiptasia will turn white if they don't get enough light, so that part makes sense. But they will usually move/stretch into the light if it is nearby.
 
There are also some kinds of soft coral that can look like a small group of aiptasia, so that is why I am asking for a picture in brighter lighting.
 
Some aiptasias have white tentacles. That's what I am seeing.
 
Poke it if it moves its an aiptasia but i highly doubt it is..
 
To answer the OP’s question, yes — it’s likely an anemone, glass anemone. I wouldn’t try to feed them though. When in doubt, it’s likely an aiptasia! lol I would try to monitor closely and nuke them as soon as you ID them.
