Is this an anemone?

this popped up in my tank near a small rock.
Is this an anemone? the main body is blood red
here’s a pic kinda crappy but as good as i can get it

Looks like a zoanthid or paly to me but tough to tell

Could be a manjano nem similar to aptasia but a larger species.
