Is this an attack on snail

Are these blue legged crabs having a bacchanalia feasting on snail and taking over its shell???

Thought they had killed a snail before but then saw it reappear two weeks later.

Hard to say. Move the crabs and snails to opposite ends of the tank and observe.

I feel like the blue legs are pretty safe. Isn't it more so the red legs we have to worry about?
