Is this an egg sack?

I have attached pictures of progressively closer views.
I found these jelly looking blobs stuck to my glass. When I scraped it off it floated away as a blob still in tact.
It sorta looks like a sack with little eggs at the bottom. There is a stringy mucous around the sack.

You sure. Why are there only 3? Most pictures have huge line of them when it is nassarius.

OK, I definitely am struggling with the snail diagnosis.

The dime picture (for scale) is of the three tiny objects northeast of the dime. Not the great big out of focus blob due north in the photo.
