Is this an eye fluke

I’m not really sure what’s up with my yellow tangs eye. I’ve had him for about 3 weeks and he developed this cloudy and enlarged eye about 2-3 days in the tank. I’m thinking it might be an eye fluke and I should quarantine Or freshwater dip him but he doesn’t seem to be loosing appetite or anything and acts totally normal. Any ideas?

Quite possible. Do a freshwater dip immediately.
I dealt with eye flukes years ago on an Orbic batfish. The eye was lost, but the fish lived a long and happy life after the fluke was gone.
Keep an eye out for a secondary bacterial infection after the fluke is gone
