Is this anemone dead?

I just did a tank transfer and this anemone gave me a lot of issues. I finally got it removed by breaking the rock apart, but I'm concerned it's dead, so I took it out of the tank. The tentacles are wiggling a bit, but it's looking pretty torn up. Some of its flesh on its underside might be ripped, but it's hard to tell.

In my experience anemones are petty bullet proof, I’d say it’ll recover.
I’ve chipped serveral off rock and thought they might be goners but they bounced right back

same here, but that one is pushing its guts out of its mouth which is not great. If it remains like that longer I would do a cipro treatment just to be safe.
