Is this aptasia? Should i ditch it asap?

Yes. They can multiply very rapidly and take over your tank if left unattended.

If you can take out the rock put some superglue over it. Then back into the tank and you are ready to go

yep, if its a small rock i'd just take it out. otherwise use kalk pasts, super glue, they even sell something called aiptasia X, which is similar to kalk paste.

If there's one there's probably more. I have a Melanurus so I can't add Peppermints or Nudi's to get rid of the Aptasia in my tank. I use Aptasia-X as soon as I see one, can't get rid of them, but they don't get out of control.

Just get a peppermint shrimp or two and they will take care of the problem if it tried to spread in the meantime.

Peps don't always work, i had 4 in my tank, they never touched a single aip but did eat half my lps and were a nightmare to catch to remove them. Turned out very expensive.
