You have a few options.
Aptiasa x (never used)

Peppermint shrimp ( worked the best for me. Now that I don't have any the shrimp mess with my hammer corals )

Lemmon juice ( didn't work for me)

Hot water (didn't work for me)

Kalk paste ( I do this allot for the big ones they come back about a few months later)

Copper band butterfly( tried this twice with two different fish in two different tanks. Worked great it one and the fish lived a year and half. On the second it lived two months.)

I used aptasia x on two small ones in my new 10 gallon and a month later I haven't seen any hint of them back. I figure this tank is so tiny I can take care of the few that may pop
up down the road.

I had 100s of aiptasia in my first reef tank . I had success when I ordered large bottle of aiptasia X. Initially i was unsuccessful because I thought I could wipe them all out in one go, this just made it worst. Later I decided to would kill a small section at a time until they where all gone. I also added 7 peppermint shrimp which did wonders for eating the smaller aiptasia before they where even visable. Peppermint shrimps are great for control but not a solution for an existing problem. The trick is to turn of all the flow and make sure to cover the aiptasia's entire disk. Its not a big deal aslong as you take care of them early.
