No. I don't think it is.
Are those little tentacles kind of stiff or do they move around with the current easily? It might be a Bristle Comb worm outlined in the link below. (Polychaete - Flabelligeridae)

Can you turn your blues off and then take a picture? Might help. It's very hard to see it.The pic is a bit fuzzy, but those look like coral polyps to me... I've got some hitchhiker coral that have similar polyps

Hard to tell but it will get hard to remove them. I am currently resetting my tank slowly to get rid of Aptasia as I have tried everything and still they are there. I wish SPS where as hardy as Aptasia.

Sorry, that was at night time.. the clear tentacles with green tips that you can see in the picture are attached to a stony base, similar to a button coral's.. when I initially got the LR, the bases had orange rims and no tentacles. Due to being in a new tank (I assumed) they had died off as they lost their coloring... a couple months later their polyps came back out and stayed. I can get a clearer pic later

+1 I think what he has is Pseudocorynactis or in that family.
