Yes, that's aiptasia.
Looks like it. I have had a few of these and have used Red Sea Aptasia-X to eliminate it.
It seemed to work, however I didn’t have corals at the time. So would double check you wouldn’t be causing them problems first.

Unfortunately it is 
You can use some lemon juice in a syringe to kill it. But it may hurt the Zoas a little.
But best advice is take the frag out and put some super glue on the aptasia before it spreads. Works like a charm.

I used aiptasia X on a few heads that popped up between zoas. As long as you're careful you'll be OK. I got a little on a few edges of a few zoa heads. They don't like it, and closed up for a day or two, but came back just fine. Key is to keep it out of the mouths.I figured.
