Is this Aptasia?

Tank is fairly new, since December. I'm new... how much trouble is this?

That looks like galaxea to me. It is aggressive and has a powerful sting (to other corals) so you probably don't want anything else too close to it. I'd move the torch.
It's a beautiful coral though; I have a somewhat isolated rock with 3 varieties.

Oh! I thought that was a rock! Probably not galaxea then as it's a coral with a stony base.

Not aiptasia though. Are they like soft tentacles or hard spikes?
