It certainly is. Make sure you dip your corals before introducing them to your tank. And if you do get some Aptasias, buy yourself some bhergias:

They only work if your tank is loaded with aptaisia. As you know, they are pack Hunters. If you only have a few aptaisia in a tank they will not find them all and will die. But if you have a bunch they work together and work from one end to the other as they eat them. Certainly not worth it for one or two aptasia.
