Is this as bad as Kenya tree?

I like the colors and shape of this pineapple tree coral but I don’t want it infesting my tank with its clones.

I can’t say for sure, but it looks like a green kenya tree, not as invasive as the brown or regular kenya tree. I think it’s a slower grower also

I don’t think they’re as fast growing, though they do drop babies in the same way. IMO, all corals are manageable if you’re proactive and don’t let them get out of control.

I wouldn’t mind if it grew fast but dropping babies everywhere is what I’d like to avoid. So I’ll probably end up passing on it.

Nope.. pretty sure they are not as bad as a normal kenya but even a toadstool will frag itself and drop babies. Almost all coral needs some pruning.

I wouldn’t let that stop you if you like it (I think it’s actually a really pretty coral).
