Is this bacteria or algae?

I am redoing my floors and I setup a temporary tank for the process since it will take 1-2 months. Trying to determine what this is and the best course of treatment for it. Any idea?

pics out of water

texture of the algae, and how hard is it to remove

Dinos (or less commonly, chrysophytes)

IMO.. it looks like bacteria (Dino).

But I am not expert.

I had dino a few month ago and it was PITA. Lost a few corals because of it.

Got rid of it was Bacteria treatment (MicroBact7), UV and increasing phospate/nitrate.

could also be some kind of wiry hair algae that got covered by dinos

I have a UV in-line that I can turn on and I’ll test N&P and dose as needed. I have left the uv off because I dose phyto. Due to stacks of furniture all around the tank I’m trying to stay clear of a water change for now.
