Is this bacterial?

The light spots appear to be flush with his skin, not like ich.
He has been in therapeutic copper (2.20) for 14 days and on food w/ metro/focus.
This just came up yesterday with a few spots, now there are more.
I was planning to move him to a sterile QT for observation and tomorrow.

Meds I have currently available:
Copper (obviously)
Methylene blue
Ruby reef rally
GC
Furan 2
Kanaplex
Metro

Immune system is suppressed by the copper, so It could be bacterial, but it doesn't usually present with spots like this.
I'd try a 60 minute Ruby Reef Rally to see if it reduces the spots. But you could also start dosing the QT with Kanaplex for bacterial infection. Or both Kanaplex + Furan2 for a wider spectrum treatement. Also consider boosting the fish's immune system by adding Beta Glucan to the food.
Food + Beta Glucan + Focus + a few drops of RO to get the consistency you like.

I think I will do the RRR bath, do a 50% WC on the QT while they’re in the bath, and watch them for a few days. If they look good after the few days, this could be a good opportunity to try out some black mollies with them in the 2nd qt.
