Hairy looking algae not sure what it is Dino's, diatoms or gha and what should I do

I'm not able to view your video, is it dark green? Does it pluck off easily? How are your nitrate levels? Since I'm the kind of person who shies away from making significant changes to the tank in a short period of time, I would pluck them off as needed, and wait for your water chemistry to stabilize. Maybe add some De-Nitrate.
