Idk what these are hopefully not a mite maybe springtails idk I don’t have much experience

there now all over my anemone and he ain’t looking to good this is my second anemone everything Else in my tank does amazing but anemones don’t seem to like it I think I’m just don’t trying with them unless someone can tell me my issue I’m probably missing vital things in my tank but nothing else’s seems to act wierd just anemones

The pods are on the anemone because it’s dying. They are eating the dead flesh. They aren’t the cause of the problem. Anemones tend to prefer mature tanks. How old is your tank?
 
Those pods are beneficial for your tank. As for the nem, they're quite picky. I personally couldn't keep a nem alive until maybe 8 months in total (about half a year after the cycle) at the earliest. Afterwards, the dang RBTAs kept splitting and eventually overran my first tank (imagine a 20gallon IM lagoon with 13 anemones :eek:... and my dumb clowns never hosted one).

Don't worry. It just takes time.
