Is this bad?

What's this dark brown alge? Should I be overly concerned? I have a biocube 32 that has cycled. It has 2 ocellaris in it and a clean up crew. Ammonia and nitrites are good. Nitrates are a 10ppm and phosphates are at .5 ppm. I was overfeeding and am curing back on the amounts now.

I would guess diatoms based on the info, but I cannot tell from the pic. If you have a pic of the sand it may help. I am horrible at pix id

I have a barebottom tank.

It looks like new tank uglies. It will run its course, most likely diatoms. You can see how white the rock is underneath.
