Look like nassarius snails which are good, but they could also be whelks, which can eat all sorts of stuff. Im sure someone with more knowledge on snails could chime in here, maybe post a thread in the hitchiker ID section.

Stomatellas do not have trunks like the ops...

Those appear to be Ilyanassa obsoleta or Eastern Mudsnail. They are from colder waters off the east coast of the U.S. and have accidentally found their way into the hobby; being mislabeled as nassarius snails, even though these are colder water and predatory to other snails.
