No, stays in.does this for a few hrs and back to normal. Most of the times it happens when I feed food soaked in meds or before when I use to add garlic to tank or praziproIs he breathing normal? Is he sucking air from the surface and then blowing it back out through his gills? I can't tell for certain from the video.
It breaths heavily, but then everything seems normal. Sometimes it does it after dark. It's been going on since the bangai died in the tank (been months). But then he looks normal.. what can it be?I'd like to know about the breathing as well. Typically I see this behavior from them when they are stressed out.
Happening since month. There is some heavy breathing, but then he becomes normal. Still has red mouth though.I think he's probably fine.
Yes i still cant fig out about why the stress, as there is nothing for him to worry about. Tank jus has a fire goby other then him in a 130g. Been 6mnths and im yet afraid to shift the fishes of my old tank to current 130g.. lol... Feel like trashing it...Mine does that when ever he gets separated from his candy cane pistol shrimp. The pistol sometimes moves over night to a new spot without telling his buddy.
I also associate it with mild stress.
