Is this Bispira variegata (feather duster)

Just looking for confirmation that this thing is a "good guy". I'm thinking feather duster but not sure. There is a tube but the other feather duster I have doesn't have a tube like that and has about 3/4 of its fleshy body wiggling around the back.
Didn't know if there was some kind of pest that would inhabit "old" tubes.

Looks like a typical feather duster to me.

Some of the tiny ones you see that are hitchhikers, have that white tube, and typically their crowns are red.
