The black spot. There is only one on the entire fish

Looks more like a standard "beauty mark" to me, but it's likely worth keeping the fish in a hospital tank under observation for a few days, at least. If you really want to be cautious, you could fresh-water dip (remember that blues are known for "playing dead" during a FW dip, so watch the gills for signs of movement) and follow that up with 7 days of Praziquantel (e.g.; PraziPro) treatment in a QT.
 
PraziPro should be safe for all fish (including wrasse), but as with every medication, certain individuals may have stronger-than-normal reactions, so always monitor for signs of distress and be ready to do a significant water change and/or run carbon in the QT if needed.
As always, be careful not to overdose the tank. Check and double-check your additions before putting them in the tank.
