Is this Britle Star?

Hi Folks, I am new here but not new to the hobby. Need some help, I have this 'thing' all over my tank, mostly in the sand but its on rocks and frags too. It looks kind of like brittle star but it has a bigger head and legs are almost like string.

Please help me identify and help me get rid of it.

It's a spaghetti/hair worm. He's a good guy. You can put him back in.

ive had a couple in my tank, They do no harm but i dont like the looks of them,

So looks like these worms eat detritus and keep your sand bad clean. They can staying I guess.
