Is this Brown Hair Algae?

Im getting familiar with my algaes! (Algi?)...So I am mostly battling chrysophates but on a platform rock close to the waters surface (lots of light and flow) there is this algae that seems to grow in turfs. It almost enjoys being brushed harshly with a brush and doesnt come off short of grabbing it with my fingers and yanking it off. Is it Brown Hair Algae (BHA)? See pic covering entire rock.

GHA can have different shades of color depending on the availability of nutrients or elements. Lack of iron may cause it to be more "brown". Either way it's not desirable for sure.
