Is this bryopsis, GHA, or something else?

That’s what I’m assuming. Assuming so, what are my best options to get rid of it? Everything I read says you just need to get your phosphates under control. I can’t get better than 0.0.
What else can I do? Emerald crab? Flucanzole? Go dark for three days? What? I’ve spiked Mg, not sure that’s going to help.
I don’t want to try and physically remove it, since that will more likely just cause it to float and spread more.

GHA needs strong lights along with nitrates and phos to live.
If you can get phos and nitrates close to zero and cut lights off for few days it should get rid of it.
Clean up crew is a band aid. they will keep it mowed down but its not a permanent solution.
