Is this Bryopsis or turf algae

Before your photo disappeared, i tried seaching this hecayse I have something very similar. A green hair/turf algae, on top of this white hard stick rubbery base.

I usually can pull algaes straight off, but whatever this white base is that looks similar to the round bases on yours, will not come off and feels like rubber to my tweezers
