Hi! I am fairly certain it is, but I am just looking for confirmation before treatment.
It looks like fern or feathers in structure and it grows fast.
I actually have 2 questions:
1. Is this bryopsis?
2. Would it be a mistake to treat this now with fluconazole while I am treating my tank for dinoflagellates? Is there a good chance I make my dinos worse by killing of this algae with fluconazole?

Thanks for any tips and advice!

Looks like it, but to be 100% you can take a runner out place on a white surface.

What are you treating dinos with? Both somewhat compete for nutrients so there is always a possibility of making one worse by removing the other.

Thanks! I will remove some and place on a paper for easier ID.
For dinos right now I am just using UV sterilizer inside the display, dosing bacteria, holding off on water changes and trying to raise nitrate and phosphate.
The outbreak isnt major but I want to get on top of it before it gets out of hand.
The issue is I dont want these other algaes to get out of hand either. :)

Personally, I would make sure to finish the battle with dinos before worrying about bryopsis and most other algae. Also, if feasible consider a herbivore fish like a rabbitfish.
