Is this bryopsis?

So this algae has been spreading like crazy. I've been manually removing it every day but it grows back super fast! Is it bryopsis? If not what is it? Its got like a ferny texture

Well I have some fluconazole coming today. My nitrates are under 5ppm and my phos is under .05 the only spot its in is my zoa garden no algae anywhere else in the tank

Looks like it. I treated my tank with fluconazole 10 days ago for bryopsis and GHA. The bryopsis started melting away by the 5th day. At that time I took a toothbrush and scrubbed my rocks as best I could and then siphoned as much of my tank as I could into a filter sock and dumped the water back into the tank. My tank is only 20 gallons so it wasn't much of an ordeal. Bryposis is gone and 90% of my GHA is gone. Hopefully the dinos don't come back. I am keeping my NO3 and PO4 elevated.
