Hi Guys,
Does this look like Bryopsis or is it some kind of GHA/turf? Will Fluconazole knock it out?

A little about the tank:
It's been up and running since May '18. This algae has been getting worse for about 6 months or so. I run Triton systems other methods because I dose NoPox and my fuge isn't quite 20% of the tank size, so water changes are few and far between (whenever ICP says I need to). I have chaeto in the fuge, but this stuff has pretty much taken over it. It just attaches to the chaeto and out competes it. I try to keep the side walls and bottom clear of it, but I leave it in the fuge since I assume it has the same function of chaeto.
Nutrients are:
NO3 is about 5ppm, PO4 about 0.02ppm. I feed 1x/day Reef Frenzy about 1sq in. and about 4x2in Nori sheet. I have a pair of ocellaris clowns, a Foxface, Whitetail Bristletooth tang, Algae Blenny, a Melanurus wrasse, and a few Chromis and Banggai Cardinals. CUC is a variety of snails, mostly nassarius/cerith and hermits. Also have a pincushion Urchin and had a Dolabella sea slug (disappeared after a week, assume dead) NOTHING eats this stuff! It's can come off by toothbrush scrubbing, but it's a little stubborn. Pulling it out with tweezers seems to work but, of course, takes forever. Peroxide seems to work, but I can only dip some of the smaller rocks. My last couple Triton reports are also attached. Any help is appreciated. I'd rather not dose the tank with anything, but this crap is *****...Thanks!

Thanks for the response! Flux RX is Fluconazole, right? My light is below. works GREAT until the GHA crap takes over..
LED Grow Light Bulb, TaoTronics Full Spectrum Grow Lights for Indoor Plants, Grow Lamp, Plant Lights for Hydroponics, Organic Soil

Flux rx is fluconazole. Have you ever tried dosing chaetogro? I had a problem where my refugium was smothered in hair algae and my chaeto wouldn't do well. I fixed with with flux rx and chaetogro. I found that macroalgae tends to slow down its growth and not do so well when you depleat iron and what not. The flux cleaned out the hair algae and I dose chaetogro everyday (now it grows insanely well).

No. Haven't tried dosing anything for the chaeto. I don't want to dose anything esp since I have an algae issue in the tank. This is also one of the reasons I'm doing Triton OTHER methods instead of the standard Triton. Apparently the standard method has more Iron to help algae (chaeto and otherwise).

Anyone else want to chime in? Does this look like GHA??

Would be easier to id if you have a pic showing the structure. Bryopsis has a fern like structure.
If you are going to chemically treat, i think reef flux or flux rx work for both. My understandi g is that it works quicker with bryopsis though. I could be wrong though

This is about the best pics I can get. I have some generic fluconazole also and it says the same thing, GHA will take longer than Bryopsis.

Dosing chaetogro is not going to make your algae worse. In some cases such as randy's case, dosing iron helped the macro take off and make his hair algae go away in the sump
