Thanks in advance

Pics a little fuzzy but looks more like algae spores
Simply take an old credit card or plastic putty knife and scrape off and discard

I tried using my glass scraper but they were really hard to get off is that normal for algae spores? It is also on my rocks and growing pretty fast.

Can you take clearer pic of the ones on the rocks?
Will show a better angle
Bryopsis although fern-like isn’t always fern like and significant is it’s roots

Yes- bryopsis/ Pull as much as you can by hand and then using a dental pick OR small crochet needle, pull the roots and discard. If you leave any roots, it will come tight back. After clean up, you can add cleaners such as Emerald crabs, large astrea snails, pencil urchin, pitho crabs and chitons to eat remaining.

Option be which I do not favor is fluconasal known as FLUX . Problem is, if any root(s) survive , youre back to square 1
