Is this Bubble Algae?

If yes, what causes it?
I have almost no phosphates or nitrates. All other parameters are great.

I have an emerald crab,anything else I can do?

Looks like air bubble. If they arent hard to the touch then they are not bubble algae but some other thing

Use a turkey baster and blow on them, if they are clear and float to the top then it could be dinos. If not hard and green then its bubble algae.

Take that top rock out of the tank if it's not glued & scrape it off.

I would say dino is what you are looking at. Follow the advice on the turkey baster and you will see.

Zero. I turned off the GFO and Carbon reactors I was running this morning and don't intend to turn them back on.
