Doesn't look like it. Bubble algae is usually green. That just looks like air bubbles to me

I dosed Arc Helix Purple yesterday and woke up to a huge outbreak in my small
Tank and a few of those in my main tank.

Try to raise nutrients, just to be safe, if that’s not helping then you need to identify which type of Dino’s you have.

Just to confirm your taking about the bubbles? I am dumb I bought a microscope and should have looked at it. Next one I see I will put under the microscope

First thing: don't panic. Bubbles like that come from several things, some of them totally innocuous like rocks aspirating. Are they new rocks? If you have dinos, you'll see more than bubbles. You'll usually see nasty brown gunk too. Don't do anything fast. Fast is the enemy in a reef tank.

If you have good testing equipment (Hanna checkers), then gradually try to make sure your NO3 is in high single digits and your PO4 is 0.1 - 0.05. However, remember the first rules of don't panic and don't do anything rash

Bubbles on a brown string are the first signs of Dinos, and 0 nitrates and phosphates. Skip the water change unless you need to replenish other elements. Do some heavy feeding.

maybe just a brown diatom algae? i have them in my tank 2 weeks ago with many oxygen bubbles, my no3 and po4 are high at 25 and 0.5.

Sorry, I'm not really good at IDing things from pictures of microscope views - I need to be actually running the scope in order to have a better idea of size, motion, etc.

The golden color could indicate dinoflagellates. Some of the cells seem to have "girdles" that would also indicate they are dinos. Now, what species they are, or if they are a problem? I'd have to defer to reefer folks who are better at IDing these than I am.....

I see diatoms, but mainly is the air bubbles in picture trying to escape and may be formation of calothrix algae. Try to dislodge with a turkey baster and see if bubbles escape. If they do, increase water flow Towards, NOT AT AREA.
IF NOT, YOU WILL HAVE TO SCRUB ROCK WITH A FIRM TOOTHBRUSH IN A BUCKET OF TANK WATER AND RETURN TO TANK and add cleaners such as : ninja star snails, chiton snails, cerith and astrea snails
