I never saw those things getting out of the SPS tips, is it burn tips?

I added a new HQI 150w in the reef a week ago.

My Alk is 11 (hanna)
PO4 is 0.07 (hanna)
Nitrate is 0 (sera)

This Red Planet is growing really fast but today I saw this kind of web getting out of those tips.

Do I need to lower the alkalinity?

No. That looks like slime or mesenterial filaments.

Burnt tips are when the coral grows a skeleton so fast that the tissue cannot keep up and then the new skeleton dies. The last 1/4 to 3/8 inch of the tips are dead.

I always recommend keeping alk at near NSW levels around 7.0. No hurry getting it there, but I would work on it.

I stole this from the web, but burnt tips look like this:
