Is this calcium precipitate?

Hello reefers,
Does it look like calcium precipitation on my wave maker?
My tank is 25gallons
Alk: ~7
Ca: 420-440
Mg: 1350-1370
I'm using salifert test kits and redsea foudation part A,B,C. Right now im dosing 2ml of A and B for Alk daily.

Hard to say from a picture, but most often it precipitates on warm surfaces (heaters, pump impellers, etc.) or on existing calcium carbonate surfaces (like hardening the sand).
