Yea, looks like the hairy form. Kinda tough to say with it being blue, but it appears to be.

The color is a dark brown almost black, I have started chemiclean last night woke up this morning and it grew more

Alright, thank you. Did not expect it to grow south over night like that and I never seen cayno that stringy. I don't even know how to tell if it is dead

Chemi clean took care of it for me I removed as much as I could by hand first though make sure u still have oxygen getting into the water!
