Is this chaeto healthy?

Is my chaeto doing alright? Have it a hob refugium with a light.

The color appears to be a nice deep green. I am assuming the while coloration on top is from the reflection on the water. As long as it is not dying off and mixed with pest algae I wouldn't worry.
