is this cheap light good for chaeto?

I got this little $4 grow light on wish.com, and its meant to grow plants so i think it would work for chaeto right? it has 82 leds, and runs at about 5 watts it says. what do you think?

It may not grow it very well or very fast. The par is probably very low

Looks to very small and probably very low power.
I have been using spot light style led bulbs from Lowes.
5k color range, they say on the package.
I also use clamp-on fixtures.
Combo works very well.

Your not going to be disappointed, mine have been running for two years and still going strong. I remove chaeto almost every week from the refugium.

How are you guys mounting the CF grow, am thinking of using eye hooks and hanging it.
I spray painted the mounting hardware to avoid rust issues.

I did a custom bracket with lexan, but the hanging kit that comes with the light will do the job.

Hi,

I have a friend that works in a machine shop, so he bend the lexan with a heat machine they have for that and then he make the form so I can place the light inside the bracket.
